Your documents and moving out

Open My lease, then Documents. You find your signed lease, receipts and notices your landlord sent. A signed lease stays here after your tenancy ends. Statements has your yearly rent totals and a verification of rent you can give a lender or a new landlord.

To move out, open My lease, then Move-out notice. Pick the date you plan to leave and give a forwarding address. Your deposit statement and refund go to that address. Choose Send notice and your landlord is told.

Your landlord marks the notice as acknowledged. Until then you can withdraw it. You can update your forwarding address after you send it.

The Deposit tab under My lease shows your deposit.

1. Open My lease, then Documents to download your copies.
2. Open My lease, then Move-out notice.
3. Enter the date you plan to move out and your forwarding address.
4. Choose Send notice. The page then shows whether your landlord has acknowledged it.
