Accessibility

Sproutly should work for landlords, tenants and applicants who use a screen reader, a keyboard, voice control, zoom or other assistive technology. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we do

• The app's code is checked by automated accessibility rules, including form labels and keyboard access to controls.
• Pages support browser zoom.

Known limits

No outside auditor has reviewed Sproutly, and automated checks do not catch every barrier. Signed PDFs (leases, notices, statements) are laid out for print and may not read well with a screen reader. Pages from the payment processor and bank-linking provider are run by those companies.

Report a barrier

If something in Sproutly is hard or impossible to use, send us a message with the page and what happened. We will reply, work on a fix, and in the meantime help you finish the task another way, for example by sending a document in another format.
