Your co-signer and your application

A co-signer agrees to be responsible for the rent if the lease is signed and you cannot pay. They finish their part through a private link we email them. The link works once and for 14 days.

You can send or resend the link from your application, before and after you submit, while your application is still open. Your landlord sees what your co-signer entered next to your application.

1. Open your application and find the Co-signer section.
2. Check your co-signer's email address, then choose Send link, or Resend co-signer link if one was already sent.
3. Ask your co-signer to open the email and finish. Their status on your application changes to Completed.
