Applying for a home

Your landlord decides every application. Sproutly provides the form and keeps your place in line, but it does not approve or deny anyone. For a question about the decision or the timing, contact your landlord.

Your answers save as you go, so you can stop and come back with the link in your invitation email. You sign in with a six-digit code sent to the email address the invitation went to.

After you submit, you see the status of your application. Your landlord decides how to review applications.

1. Open the link in your invitation email and sign in with the code we send.
2. Fill in the three steps: about you, your history, and your documents. Certify that your answers are true.
3. Pay the fee shown on the last step, if your landlord charges one online. If your landlord collects it directly, they will tell you how.
4. Submit. You get an email when your landlord starts reviewing and when there is an answer.
