What the Overview shows you

The Overview opens with a to-do list, most urgent first. It holds setup steps you have not finished, repair requests, applications to review and deadlines that are close. Tenant requests such as payment plans, roommates and pets show in their own row with a Review link.

On the right, a money card shows what was paid through Sproutly this month against what you expect. Under it you see rent you reported as not received, units rented out of your total, and profit this year before mortgage. A Who is behind card appears when you have reported rent as not received. Each item links to the page where you handle it.

If a section is empty, nothing needs you there. Legal, then Deadlines lists every date Sproutly is tracking if you want the full list.
