Invite a tenant to the portal

The portal is free for tenants. They sign in with the email address you have on file and a six-digit code. There is no password.

If the invite email does not arrive, ask the tenant to check spam. You can send it again from the tenant page with Resend portal link. The email address must match the one on the tenant record.

  1. Open Properties, then Tenants and choose the tenant.
  2. Check that the email address is correct.
  3. Choose Invite to portal. If you sent one before, the button reads Resend portal link. Sproutly emails the tenant a sign-in link.
  4. The tenant opens the link and enters the code from a second email.
