What Sproutly costs

Free for landlords on every unit. Everything in Sproutly is free on every unit: rent collection, the tenant portal, leases, applications, repairs, notices, documents and reports. There is no unit limit and no trial that ends.

You pay nothing to collect rent on any rail. Paying you directly is free for the tenant; a tenant who chooses to pay online pays the processor's fee, an estimate set by the processor, and each receipt says so.

Sproutly earns from partners a tenant may choose at move-in, such as internet, movers and renters insurance, and from the optional deposit alternative. It never earns from the landlord.

Tenants pay nothing to Sproutly; an applicant pays Sproutly for their own screening report or income verification, shown before they pay. The Pricing page has the details.
