Export or close your account

You can export your data from Settings before you close, using Export everything. The export includes your properties, tenants, leases, payments and documents.

Closing the account stops reminders and charges. For 30 days after closing, the owner can still sign in to read and export records. Other users are signed out. Records are not purged while a deposit, dispute or notice is still open. Landlords often have to keep records for several years. Check how long you need to keep yours before you close.

1. Open Settings and choose Export everything. Download the file.
2. Open Settings, choose Close this account and confirm. Only the account owner can close it.
