Application fees

California limits the application screening fee to actual costs, up to a cap that rises each year with inflation. Sproutly does not state the current cap figure. Check Civil Code 1950.6 at the official source and enter a fee you have confirmed.

Keep a record of your costs and a receipt for the applicant. Set the fee under Applications, then Application settings.
