What the tenant pays
Nothing when they pay you directly by Zelle, bill-pay or check. Online card payments carry a processing fee set by the processor (estimated at 2.9% plus 30 cents, paid by the tenant). They are on by default and one switch turns them off. Online bank transfer through Sproutly is not offered right now.
