Turn on push notifications

Push notifications need the app installed to the home screen on iPhone. On Android, Chrome can send them without installing.

Tenants turn them on from the Account page in the portal. Landlords turn them on under Settings, then Email alerts, in the Push on this device card. Your phone asks for permission once. If you tapped Don't allow, change it in your phone's settings for Sproutly.

1. Install Sproutly to your home screen (iPhone only).
2. Landlords: open Settings, then Email alerts. Tenants: open Account in the portal.
3. Turn on push and tap Allow when your phone asks.
